The EBW system assesses an individual’s Emotional Intelligence by measuring the key emotional behaviour clusters that affect a job or a team performance and a person’s understanding of their emotions and behaviour at work. The information acquired from the online assessment is used to highlight areas of behaviour that the coachee might want to focus on in order to increase both personal and functional success.
